Terms and conditions :

• Customers have to walk 100M down the hill as this is an off-road property, the approx elevation is 4 story equivalent (60 stairs).
• Customers are expected to follow the guidelines given by the government. Treehouse Resort will not be responsible for any violation.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and are chargeable.
• Check-in and check-out timimgs are 01:00 PM and 11:00 AM respectively.

Child Policy :

• Child above 12 or equal to 12 years are considered as adults.
• One child between 5 and 11 years is allowed with parent free of charge. Additional charges will apply for additional children.
• Infants with age below 5 years are allowed free of charge.

Cancellation and Refund Policy :

• Cancellation 7 days prior to arrival, 100% refund will be provided.
• Cancellation within 7 days to arrival, 50% of booking amount will be deducted and the remaining 50% will be refunded.
• Cancellation inside 3 days (72 hours of check-in) no refund, 100% of booking amount will be deducted.
• No date change request will be accepted within 7 days of check-in.
• Amount refund may take up to 2 business days.
